Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused, with original tags and packaging. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Process Contact us at the above email to request a return authorization number (RAN). Ship items back with the RAN clearly marked on the package.

Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exceptions We do not accept returns for damaged items caused by misuse or improper care.
